The Old Mole    John Playford, 1651   3 couple longways

A1:   Up a double and back.  Set and turn single.  A2: That again.

A3:   All move to the men's wall a double and back.  Set and turn single.

A4:   Same to the women wall.

A5:   1st long corners (1st man 3rd woman) forward a double to each other and back.  Cross over.

A6:   2nd long corners (1st woman 3rd man) same.  A7: Middles same.

A8:   Middles lead L-hand neighbour forward and back.  Arch and cross with opposite person, then all wheel ΒΌ to face up and down.

A9:   Same up and down.  A10: Same across.  A11: Same up and down.

A12-14:   Corners cross back in same order as A5-7.

A15:   Lines lead forward a double; ends fall back.  Ends two-hand turn the other end (same sex), twos partner.

A16:   Side R with same person.  All two-hand turn partner.

A17:   Men hey for three (top two men pass R shoulder).

A18:   Women the same.

A19,20:   Twos face down: Circular hey.  And again.

A21,22:   Double cast: Cast to bottom, touch partner's hand, cast up again to place.  And again.
