A1–4First man and first woman cast down into the second place, and then go back-to-back, passing by the right; while second couple moves up into the first place.
5–8First man and first woman cast up into the first place and then go back-to-back, passing by the left; while second couple move down into the second place.
B1On the first beat of the bar, first and second men clap hands and, on the middle beat, strike each other’s hands (right on left and left on right); while the two women do the same.
2As in previous bar, except that, on the middle beat, partners strike each other’s hands.
3–4First man and first woman cast down into the second place, second couple moving up into the first place (progressive).
5–6As in bars 1–2.
7–8Partners turn each other.
